HOMETURF warrants the surface for a period of Eight (8) years from the date of substantial completion against defects in materials and/or workmanship, including ultra-violet degradation, excessive fading, seam rupture or dislodgement.

HOMETURF will repair or replace, as it deems necessary, those materials which exhibit such defects resulting from materials or workmanship at no cost to the owner.

HOMETURF does not warrant against normal wear and tear, as determined by an independent specializing in artificial turf. TurfTechnologies also does not warrant against damage caused by improper use, neglect, vandalism, floods, change in water table, or other acts of God.

THIS WARRANTY specifically does not obligate HomeTurf in any way regarding material applied or labor performed which was not under its contract or which was supplied or performed by others not in the contract.

This warranty will be voided if any turf manufacturer other than HomeTurf performs any service on this installation.
